Refund & Return Policy

At Timeless Style Daily, we want customers to feel confident when purchasing from our store. We provide a clear return and refund process while also protecting the store against unreasonable, fraudulent, or abusive return activity.
1. Return Period
Customers may request a return within 30 days of the date the order is delivered, unless a different return period is specifically stated on the product page.
To be eligible for a standard return, merchandise should generally be:
Unused;
Unworn;
In its original condition;
In the original packaging where reasonably applicable;
Complete with included accessories, parts, tags, manuals, or other materials; and
Accompanied by valid order information.
2. Items That May Not Be Eligible for Return
For health, safety, hygiene, customization, or other legitimate business reasons, certain products may be non-returnable or subject to special return conditions.
Where applicable, the product page or checkout will identify any special return restrictions before purchase.
This may include certain:
Personalized or customized products;
Final-sale items;
Products that cannot reasonably be resold for health or hygiene reasons after opening;
Items damaged through customer misuse; or
Other products that are legally or commercially unsuitable for return.
Any restriction will be applied consistently and subject to applicable law.
3. How to Request a Return

Order number;
Customer name;
Email used for the order;
Item(s) being returned;
Reason for the return; and
Photographs where the return involves damage, defect, or incorrect merchandise.
We will provide return instructions when the return is approved.
Do not send a return to the business address unless we specifically provide written instructions to do so.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customer-Requested Returns
If the customer changes their mind, orders the wrong item, no longer wants the product, or otherwise requests a return for a reason not caused by Timeless Style Daily, the customer is generally responsible for the return shipping cost.
The original shipping charge, if any, may also be non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or stated by us.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If the item received is defective, damaged in transit, materially different from the product ordered, or incorrectly shipped due to an error on our part, Timeless Style Daily will work with the customer to provide an appropriate remedy.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement, exchange, return shipping assistance, or refund.
Customers should contact us promptly after discovering such an issue.
5. Condition of Returned Merchandise
Returned merchandise should be in the condition required under this policy.
If merchandise is returned in a materially different condition because of customer use, damage, alteration, missing components, or other handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the merchandise, the return may be denied or the refund may be adjusted to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We will not make an improper deduction from a refund.
6. Refund Processing
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify the customer whether the return has been approved.
If approved, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method.
The time required for the refund to appear in the customer's account may depend on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, or other financial institution.
Timeless Style Daily does not control the processing time of a customer's bank or payment provider.
7. Refund for Canceled or Unshipped Orders
If an order is canceled before shipment and a refund is owed, we will process the applicable refund in accordance with the payment method and applicable law.
If Timeless Style Daily cannot ship an order within the applicable timeframe required by law, the customer will be provided the applicable cancellation/refund rights.
Federal law generally requires online merchants to provide a prompt refund when the applicable shipping requirements are not met and the customer does not agree to the delay.
8. Exchanges
If an exchange is requested, availability of the replacement item must be confirmed.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may provide another appropriate resolution, such as a refund or store credit where legally permitted and agreed to by the customer.
9. Damaged or Defective Merchandise
If merchandise arrives damaged or appears defective, customers should contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Photographs of:
The product;
Product packaging;
Shipping box;
Shipping label; and
Visible damage
may be requested to assist with the investigation.
Customers should retain the original packaging until the claim has been resolved.
10. Wrong Item Received
If we shipped the wrong product, color, size, quantity, or materially incorrect item, please contact us.
After verification, we will work with the customer to correct the error through an appropriate replacement, return, or refund.
11. Late Return Requests
Return requests made after the applicable return period may be denied unless the item is defective, incorrectly supplied, subject to another applicable legal right, or otherwise covered by an exception.
12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact Timeless Style Daily before filing a payment dispute or chargeback when the issue can reasonably be resolved through customer service.
Nothing in this section limits any lawful right a customer may have to dispute an unauthorized or improperly processed transaction.
13. No Waiver of Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund & Return Policy is intended to eliminate or restrict any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable federal, Texas, or other applicable law.
Where applicable law provides a greater consumer protection than this policy, the applicable law will control.
